I'm hoping that maybe I can actually make this a regular thing to keep myself on track. I start out all gung-ho and then a week or so later - absolutely kaput. It makes me disappointed in myself & discouraged. I'm convinced that I'm destined to be fat & lazy & undesirable forever.

  1. First of I don't think you look fat at all, but I commend you on getting healthy. Just put your mind to it. You can do it!!!!
